If your item has arrived faulty, please contact customer service immediately via email at: email@example.com to complete the relevant documentation and organise an exchange.
Our warranty period for faulty items is 4 months. A receipt and/or proof of purchase is required.
Please note that normal wear and tear, or neglect is not considered a product or manufacturing fault.
