Change of Mind

If you are not completely satisfied or just simply change your mind, we will refund your complete or part purchase within 14 days of receiving you new bag.

If you have paid by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Klarna, or Afterpay, a 5% restocking charge of the total value of the goods purchased will be deducted from your refund amount.

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you may have under law and applies to all items in the store.

Freight charges are not refundable. If you choose to send you item back you will be responsible for any associate expenses if you do so i.e. postage. 

Then, you can choose from the following options:

  • Refund for the entire amount you paid for the bag,
  • Replace your faulty bag with a brand new one, if in stock.
  • Replace your faulty bag with another style of the same value.

*Please note if 14 days have passed since you received your bag, unfortunately we will not offer a refund or exchange.

Products returned have to be in ‘as new’ condition

To conform with this policy the Product must be received by Hannah & Henry Apparel in a 100% re-saleable condition:

  • AS NEW: unused, not worn or damaged and packaged “as new”,
  • INTACT AND COMPLETE: intact with all components and accessories, labels etc.
  • ORIGINAL PACKAGING: in all its original internal and external packaging.
  • WRAPPED TO PROTECT PACKAGING: with a protective outer wrapping to protect from labels and writing on package (we recommend wrapping in plastic or equivalent).

NOTE: do NOT write on or stick anything on the Product or its packaging. Please only write or place postage stickers on the protective wrapping. Non-adherence to this condition may result in the Product return being rejected or You incurring a re-packaging fee of 10% of the purchase price of the Product(s) (subject to a minimum of $20.00) which will be deducted from your refund.

Return within 14 days of receiving your bag

You must then return the product as per our directions within 14 days of us authorising the return. Items remain your property until the point that Hannah & Henry Apparel accepts them under this policy if they decide to do so. So, while they are in transit as a return, they are at your risk so please ensure they are securely packed, and the shipping includes tracking and insurance. 

Hannah & Henry Apparel will not be responsible for any return items lost or damaged in transit under this Guarantee.

Returns Policy

Our refund policy is fully compliant with Australian Consumer Law. Our commitment is to ensure you are happy with our service and our product, so in special cases we may make exceptions in your favour.

By consumer law, you may be entitled to a refund or repair or exchange or a credit if the products you have bought are faulty, significantly different to those shown or described to you, not doing what they are supposed to do. When you buy, you should choose carefully. You do not automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item for a replacement (if available), store credit or a refund. Please email our Customer Care Team at hello@hannahhenryapparel.com to assist with organising your return.

You may be required to send us images of the damage for further assessment. We. will give you the option to arrange a replacement for part/whole of the item, or provide you with a store credit or a refund. Any refund is made back to the payment option you chose with your original order. Please do not attempt to return the items before speaking to one of our specialists (you may be responsible for any associate expenses if you do so)

Cancellation of Online Orders

By placing an order, the customer agrees to accept the Terms and Conditions published on this site. If you want to cancel an order, a reasonable excuse should be provided and the following will apply:

The goods must not have been dispatched.
